Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager to join its EIT GRC team in a remote UK role. You will lead programs for certifications, coordinate ITGC audits (SOX, SOC 2, regulatory), and drive risk-based control implementations across IT operations and security teams.

The role demands strong governance, stakeholder communication, and the ability to translate audit requests into actionable data. Relevant frameworks include ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with IT governance, audits and compliance frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead GRC programs and certifications to maintain IT environments for audits
• Coordinate audit support and remediation with internal and external teams
• Drive risk mitigation through control design and IAM lifecycle management
• Define and monitor IT governance metrics and KPIs
• Report risk and compliance status to management and stakeholders
