• 3–5 years’ experience in 2nd / 3rd line support.
• Strong knowledge of AD / M365 / Azure / Google Workspace.
• Experience with network technologies and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd / 3rd line IT support for multiple sites.
• Manage cyber and infrastructure P1 incidents.
• Collaborate with teams to improve services.

Skills

Experience in 2nd / 3rd line support or MSP environment

Knowledge of Windows server environments
