Senior IT Business Analyst is sought to join a leading insurance organisation based in the heart of the city. Joining a busy, high-function team, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and innovation - collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver cutting‑edge solutions that support business strategy, enhance performance and meet evolving market demands.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with business units to understand strategic goals and identify digital opportunities.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, testable IT system requirements and user stories.
  • Lead requirements analysis across Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative project methodologies.
  • Produce detailed documentation including use cases, UML diagrams, UI mockups, and more.
  • Drive the successful delivery of new systems and features, supporting implementation and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to design future‑ready applications and data landscapes.
  • Support project managers in delivering outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate training, testing, and benefit realisation activities with stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience delivering IT or digital projects in Commercial Insurance.
  • Proven knowledge of core insurance platforms – experience with Guidewire is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of MGA and Lloyd’s Market operating models.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading teams of business analysts.
  • A global mindset and the ability to work across cultures and business units.
