Job description

We’re looking for an IS Senior Analyst for Workplace Mobile Devices to join our IS team at Booker. Your mission is to keep our mobile systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently, enhancing customer experience and business performance.

In this role, you’ll lead our Mobile Phone Team daily, managing procurement, inventory, and distribution of mobile devices. You will establish effective policies and processes, provide training and support to your team, and collaborate with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards.

We seek someone with solid MPRO5 knowledge to optimize workflows, support business needs, and develop smart solutions for operational efficiency.

  • Manage project development budgets
  • Monitor system KPIs
  • Support delivery of the asset management system roadmap
  • Handle revenue and budgeting, including cross-department budgets

Required skills and knowledge include:

  • MPRO5 expertise (highly advantageous)
  • Experience with Workspace One, Knox, Zero Touch, Microsoft Defender for Endpoints, Microsoft Office Suite, Ivanti Endpoint Management, Sophos, Windows OS
  • Technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of wholesale industry business processes
  • Effective people management skills
  • Technical project management and successful delivery of large-scale IT deployments
