A leading low-cost airline based in the UK is seeking a full-time professional for a role focusing on Industrial Relations. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. This position involves decision-making, reporting, and coordinating annual meetings in a hybrid work environment. With 40 hours per week, this role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings and possess exceptional project management capabilities.
You’ll join a team of seven, responsible for facilitating Industrial Relations across nine jurisdictions and around 35 representative bodies. The team identifies risks and opportunities, advises on strategy, develops win‑win solutions for our people and shareholders, and ensures agreements are reached on time and in a sustainable fashion, all while delivering our People strategy.
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
