Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to join our established engineering team. You will build, maintain, and elevate native iOS features alongside a TypeScript-based backend-driven UI solution, contributing to production-grade mobile experiences.

We value autonomous, pragmatic developers who can dive into an existing codebase and deliver with minimal guidance, using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM and UIKit.
• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive features from technical design through implementation and release using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• Collaborative Engineering: Break down complex tasks and partner effectively with backend engineers, designers, PMs, and QA in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Quality & Stability: Debug production issues, write maintainable code with robust unit tests, and monitor app health using observability and crash reporting tools.
