Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join a leading cyber software client in Bolton. You’ll be hands-on across the full development lifecycle, delivering secure, high-quality iOS experiences and taking features from design through App Store release.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and QA teams, implement modern iOS architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture), focus on performance and security, and contribute to innovative mobile solutions used by millions of users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an iOS Developer with shipped production apps.
• Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and the iOS SDK.
• Experience with modern iOS architectures (e.g. MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and Apple HIG.
• Experience with Xcode, TestFlight, App Store Connect, Git, CI, Jira, and Confluence.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new features iOS applications at global scale
• Lead the implementation of custom iOS features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and QA to plan, build, and ship features.
• Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
• Debug, track, and resolve defects; contribute to L3 support when required.
• Help drive innovation within the iOS platform and development practices
