Job summary

A global financial services business in Scotland is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support high-quality investor services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in fund administration, particularly with private equity or closed-ended fund structures. This role involves coordinating investor servicing tasks, processing documentation, and liaising with various teams to ensure compliance. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in fund administration.
• Exposure to private equity or closed-ended fund structures required.
• Sound knowledge of AML, FATCA/CRS, and investor onboarding processes essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day investor servicing across a portfolio of fund structures.
• Assist with onboarding of new funds and investors.
• Process investor capital calls, distributions, and related documentation.
• Prepare or review bank account and cash reconciliations.
• Liaise with compliance and onboarding teams regarding regulatory requirements.
• Respond to fund manager and investor queries.
• Support the implementation of operational improvements.
