  3. Oversee and enhance due diligence and monitoring processes for private market investments.
  4. Conduct in-depth due diligence on private equity fund managers and prepare investment recommendations.
  5. Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the existing investment portfolio.
  6. Build and maintain strategic relationships with fund managers, co-investors, family offices, and advisors.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior buy-side role, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private and public market investments.
  2. Experience within family offices, asset management firms (AUM $3bn+), institutional investors, or private equity firms.
  3. Extensive experience in multi-asset portfolio management, including portfolio construction and monitoring.
  4. Hands-on expertise in fund investments across private equity and venture capital.
  5. Strong analytical skills and a structured, critical-thinking approach to investment decision-making.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex investment ideas into clear, actionable insights.
  7. An established network of fund managers, co-investors, and direct investment partners.
