Job summary

The Vanguard Group in London seeks a Senior Analyst to lead investment access onboarding and provisioning, coordinating internal and third‑party access and ensuring timely permissions for investment activities. You will partner with stakeholders to assess risk and strengthen controls in a global environment.

You will maintain documentation, support risk reporting, and contribute to global access governance with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and technology owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related work experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Low coding skills preferred (ex: Appian, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and access provisioning for Investment Management crew by coordinating internal and third-party access requests while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as a primary investment access support contact by resolving access-related issues and coordinating with vendors, application owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to maintain appropriate permissions.
• Maintain process documentation, procedures, training materials, and subject-matter knowledge of investment platforms, financial markets, securities, and industry practices to support investment access activities.
• Support investment access risk management by implementing global policies and procedures, conducting advanced risk assessments, analyzing testing results, and strengthening change management, controls assurance, monitoring, and reporting programs.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
