Job summary

Our client, a specialist consulting firm, seeks a seasoned investigations professional at Manager or Associate Director level to own delivery on complex, sensitive engagements and lead the teams carrying out the underlying research.

You'll work with senior leadership to plan and execute investigations, turning insights into polished, client-facing outputs, while coaching junior staff and contributing to budgeting and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years managing people or investigative workstreams.
• Experience leading complex investigations end-to-end.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work discreetly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute investigative work, turning findings into client-ready outputs.
• Direct in-depth research using public records and human sources with sensitivity.
• Oversee a team of Associates and Researchers, assigning work and ensuring timely delivery.
• Quality-check outputs and refine for client delivery; engage with clients when needed.
