A leading logistics company in Coventry is seeking a Senior Inventory Clerk to manage stock and inventory reports. Responsibilities include resolving stock queries and ensuring accurate inventory levels. • Demonstrated inventory or stock control experience in a warehouse or similar industry.
• Ability to coordinate and support a team.
• Comfort in being the escalation point for operational queries.

Pay Rate: £27,675 per year
Grade: RCS grade O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 in 7 (will include weekend working). Rotating every 2 weeks AM & PM. AM shift: 07:00-15:00 (7am-3pm), PM shift: 15:00-23:00 (3pm-11pm).
Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Instigate and resolve any stock queries.
• Produce all daily inventory reports and cascade as required.
• Help to ensure the warehouse management system reflects stock levels and adheres to the counting schedule.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Has demonstrated inventory or stock control experience in a warehouse or similar industry.
• Can coordinate, lead and support a team to thrive and maintain engagement.
• Are comfortable being the escalation point for customer or operational queries.
• Are confident using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Manhattan 2017 or similar and using Microsoft suite i.e. Excel and Outlook.
