Job summary

Realty Income Corporation is looking for a Senior Development Manager in London to oversee projects across a £10bn+ international portfolio. Key responsibilities include coordinating development pipelines, managing pre-contract activities, and collaborating with multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of commercial real estate development experience and be MRICS qualified. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding team within a leading Real Estate Investment Trust.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of Commercial Real Estate Development experience.
• Experience in leading consultant and project teams on multiple projects.
• Substantial knowledge of JCT & SBC forms of contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development pipeline across the international portfolio.
• Manage all pre-contract activities in the development process.
• Collaborate with the US Construction and Procurement Team.

Skills

Commercial retail real estate experience

Extensive retail development experience

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) qualified

Undergraduate degree: BSc or BA in related field
