Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Internal Controls and Audit professional to strengthen risk management, oversee IC initiatives, and partner with business leaders on strategic priorities. You will support digital initiatives, ensure proper documentation, and drive continuous improvement within a high-performing Internal Audit and Controls team.

A bachelor’s degree is required; CIA/CPA/CISA desirable, with 7+ years of experience and SAP ERP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality completion of internal controls initiatives.
• Position Internal Controls as a trusted business partner in strategic priorities.
• Support digital initiatives (analytics, automation, dashboards, KRIs).
• Provide assurance on the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify actions driving sustainable risk remediation and business performance.
• Ensure findings are documented in working papers.
• Contribute to a high-performing Internal Audit and Controls team.
