Capita is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor for its London-based team. You will work in small teams and independently, delivering audits under Capita’s methodology with guidance from Audit Managers.

You'll plan, execute and report on audits, building strong relationships across the business and collaborating with Risk & Compliance. A professional qualification and 3+ years in internal audit or professional services are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional services or internal audit.
• Auditing delivery track record.
• Ability to coach peers and develop others.
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Qualification e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA, CMIIA or equivalents.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual audit assignments with supervision and review from an Audit Manager.
• Plan, execute and report on individual audits.
• Deliver quality internal audits following Capita methodology and IIA standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with the business throughout the audit process.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance and second line functions.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues within the business to Audit Managers.
• Work with management while maintaining independence and agility, providing management insight.
