Job summary

Marex is seeking a Senior Internal Audit professional to shape and deliver the three-year strategic audit plan, ensuring risk coverage across Marex entities. You will lead the audit function, deliver annual work programmes, and influence senior management on risk mitigation and control improvements.

Candidates should have extensive experience in financial services audits, ACA qualification, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• University Degree – Essential
• ACA Qualification or equivalent – Essential
• CFA Qualification – Advantageous
• Experience in regulated financial services audits is essential

Responsibilities

• Provide input to three-year strategic internal audit plan ensuring coverage of key risks.
• Plan and deliver annual work programme with Group Head of Audit and Internal Audit Management.
• Influence senior management to improve risk mitigation and control environment.
• Develop, implement audit policies and procedures for key controls across the Group.
• Lead audit assignments and supervise staff throughout the audit lifecycle.
