Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to own Interior Trim suppliers worldwide, overseeing sourcing, industrialisation and series production to meet quality and delivery targets.

You will lead APQP/PPAP activities, assess supplier processes, and push for continuous improvement through effective risk management and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Automotive OEM Supplier Quality/Quality Engineering.
• Proficient in PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC and GD&T.
• Knowledge of IATF16949 and AIAG standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and qualify global Interior Trim suppliers across full lifecycle.
• Lead APQP/PPAP activities and track milestones.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and risk mitigation across programmes.
• Govern supplier performance with KPIs and regular reviews.
