We’re looking for an Interior Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional consumer experiences and excited to be part of our expansion. In this role, you will engage in all phases of our design and build process, from test fits and concept design to construction administration.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the design and delivery of multiple high-quality projects from concept to completion.
- Take ownership of design ideas and see them through to execution, ensuring they align with the brand’s goals.
- Create and present strong design concepts that balance creativity, functionality, and technical requirements.
- Work with the Design team and wider global team to keep projects on track and on brand.
- Provide regular updates to management and the project team, and work alongside and receive mentorship from Senior Designers.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to help grow their skills and confidence.
- Manage and coordinate with consultants to make sure all design details and technical requirements are met.
- Lead the planning of spaces, programming, and ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations.
- Ensure design deliverables follow brand standards, including quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Support the Real Estate team by providing design input during site selection or due diligence when needed.
- Help keep projects organized and contribute to a strong, positive team culture.
Who We’re Looking For
- BArch / MArch degree in a design or design-related field, including but not limited to Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of professional design experience in commercial or hospitality projects
- Strong skills in both creative concept development and technical documentation.
- A solid understanding of design trends, materials, and how to create thoughtful, functional spaces.
- Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-first mindset
- Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude, but open to feedback
- Excellent organisational and ‘people’ skills
- Proficient in the following programs: BIM (Revit), all things Google, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite
