Job summary

Callosum Technologies Ltd. is hiring for a role focused on building the communication systems that enable heterogeneous accelerators to operate as a single system.

You will work across protocols, memory movement, networking hardware, and software layers to move data directly and efficiently across vendor boundaries. The role demands deep expertise in networking, high-performance data transfer, and a strong bias for reducing latency while maximizing throughput.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of networking and communication systems across protocols, hardware, memory, and software layers.
• Experience with high-performance data movement such as RDMA, Ethernet fabrics, accelerator interconnects, programmable networking, or similar latency-sensitive systems.
• Strong systems performance instincts to trace bottlenecks across abstraction layers.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge abstractions and simplify systems for workload requirements.

Responsibilities

• Characterise and simplify communication paths between accelerators, tracing latency and overhead.
• Develop faster data movement across heterogeneous hardware using RDMA, NICs, DPUs, switches, or software approaches to memory management.
• Build flexible mechanisms for transferring model state across accelerator types and execution strategies.
• Evaluate scale-up/scale-out fabrics to inform cluster architecture and interconnect evolution.
