About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer with deep expertise in the Azure tech stack. The successful candidate will bring both Azure integration and Azure ERP integration experience, ensuring robust, scalable solutions that connect business‑critical platforms.

This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining data interfaces that support our Trade Promotions Management (TPM) systems and ERP platforms. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless integration across TPM platforms (UpClear BluePlanner), ERP systems (e.g., M3), finance, analytics, and retailer portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between TPM, ERP, finance, and analytics systems.
  • Own integration architecture and middleware strategy, including data mapping, transformation, and orchestration.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs, TPM vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data exchange.
  • Establish integration monitoring and alerting to maintain performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
  • Contribute to the broader integration roadmap across the Digital & Technology function.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years in data engineering, with 2+ years in integration engineering, ideally within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Azure tech stack with integration experience.
  • Azure tech stack with ERP experience.
  • Proven experience integrating TPM systems (SAP TPM, BluePlanner, Blacksmith) with ERP and commercial applications.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Data Factory, Functions, Event Grid, and Blob Storage.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes, including trade accruals, deductions, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience with APIs, messaging tools (Azure Service Bus), and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
  • Practical, delivery‑focused, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualisation.
  • Industry experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or CPG.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and DevOps practices.
