OLIVER in Dublin is seeking a Senior Integrated Designer to join our creative team, delivering integrated campaigns across digital and print and maintaining brand consistency.

You will lead projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and business results in a fast-paced agency environment.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join our creative team in Dublin, supporting a leading consumer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful, integrated campaigns across digital and print channels, delivering creative work that drives engagement and business results. As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design across multiple touchpoints, and ensuring brand consistency throughout.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects from concept through to final delivery.

• Create engaging design solutions across digital, social, CRM, print, and marketing communications.

• Develop creative concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.

• Present and articulate design thinking to stakeholders.

• Ensure all work meets brand standards and quality expectations.

• Mentor and support junior designers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Senior Designer or Senior Integrated Designer role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across digital and print.

• Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience managing projects from brief to completion.

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

• Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.

• Motion design and After Effects experience is a plus.

• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.
