Job summary

Levitate Recruitment is assisting a Corporate Insolvency Specialist to appoint a Senior Insolvency Administrator in Woking, UK. You will handle a portfolio of complex cases, supporting the Senior Management team and supervising up to three staff, with on-the-job training.

Key duties include leading on jobs, coordinating with Directors pre/post appointment, engaging with Solicitors on matters such as wrongful trading, and attending meetings with creditors and shareholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Corporate Recovery at a senior level.
• Experience on Administrations and Liquidations is essential.
• CPI qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead on jobs undertaken and act as senior point of contact.
• Liaise with Directors pre and post appointment.
• Liaise with Solicitors on issues including wrongful trading.
• Respond promptly to formal communications.
• Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
• Prepare statements of affairs and estimated outcomes; monitor WIP and costs to budget.
• Allocate costs where appropriate and identify risk issues for management.
