Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of CVL's, MVL's, and Administrations.
Prepare progress reports and statutory documentation.
Carry out basic cashiering tasks on the case.
Deal with queries from stakeholders via phone and email.
Make strategic decisions and document accordingly for review by IP.
