Job summary

Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP) in London seeks a Senior Innovation Advisor to support complex change through innovative projects and evidence-based practices. You will build trusted relationships, operate in ambiguous contexts, and contribute to service transformation across NW London and partner organisations.

The role emphasises analytics, learning, and cross-organisational collaboration, with involvement in multiple projects and matrix team delivery.

Qualifications

Ability to navigate complex environments and ambiguity with good judgement.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships quickly across organisations.
Strong appetite for analytics, evidence, and learning in decision making.
Experience leading elements of projects with significant self direction.
Ability to work in matrix teams across multiple organisations.

Responsibilities

Support complex change by developing, executing, and managing innovation projects.
Contribute to service transformation across a network of relationships and initiatives.
Lead specific elements of projects (research, analysis, materials production) with autonomy.
Engage in development culture within Imperial College Health Partners and foster a collaborative environment.
Manage workloads across multiple projects (2–3 external projects at a time) and align with programme objectives.
