Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to own the z/OS Db2 DBA environment and lead technical delivery across mainframe platforms from Edinburgh or Manchester. The role requires expert Db2 knowledge, performance tuning, and governance, with out-of-hours support as needed.
You'll drive the roadmap, collaborate with Platform teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring change control and service levels are met in a hybrid working pattern.

In this role, you'll deliver highly advanced and sophisticated technical support for mainframe Db2 and its associated processes, tools, and utilities. You'll help run and maintain services according to Group standards and policies (and to agreed service levels) and will assist with the delivery of investment funded work within mainframe environments - this includes out of hours.
Additionally, you'll provide technical support (including incident and problem resolution for systems and processes in complex environments) - again this includes out of hours support.
