Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification is required.
• Significant experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contract administration and management.
• Experience in preparing payment applications and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage NEC-based contracts on major infrastructure projects.
• Measure, value, and report works to provide accurate cost data.
• Prepare payment applications and manage cost reconciliation.
• Monitor project costs using project accounting systems and produce value-for-money analyses.
• Lead procurement activities from tendering to contract award and governance.
