Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for a 6-month contract in Salford. You will engineer and support VMware, Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics across cloud and on-prem environments.

You’ll contribute to a major tenant-to-tenant migration and broader enterprise transformation, with hands-on exposure to Rubrik and Nutanix as a plus. This role offers strong extension potential in a growing MedTech/Life Sciences setting.

Qualifications

• Strong senior-level experience across VMware and Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Azure, AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics.
• Experience with Rubrik and Nutanix is a plus.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role supporting a major tenant-to-tenant migration and wider enterprise transformation programme. You'll work across VMware and the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics, with exposure to complex cloud and on-premises environments.

With a substantial programme of work ahead, this is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned infrastructure professional to become a key contributor within a long-term transformation engagement.
