Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Lead to own and modernise the organisation's infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and security. The role focuses on delivering a technical roadmap and overseeing MSP partnerships to ensure secure, resilient services.

You will guide transformation initiatives and multi-site infrastructure projects while communicating risk and strategy to senior stakeholders in a Microsoft-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading infrastructure, cloud or IT operations in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Autopilot.
• Proven ability to modernise infrastructure across multi-site organisations.
• Experience managing MSPs and third-party suppliers with governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap.
• Support wider transformation programmes, system integrations and onboarding.
• Modernise multi-site networking, remote access and cloud infrastructure.
• Improve identity, device management and endpoint security using Microsoft tools.
• Drive resilience with patching, vulnerability management, DR and BC planning.
• Act as primary technical owner for MSP and technology suppliers.
• Lead infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
• Manage risk, governance, documentation and stakeholder communications.
