Qualifications

• Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes.
• Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience in a site-based Managerial role (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Mace's safety standards and project compliance.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support managers and junior team members for knowledge sharing.

Skills

Membership of MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent

Construction management expertise

Developing commercial and financial acumen

Building relationships with key stakeholders

Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations

Education

Relevant NVQ or HNC (or equivalent)

Completed Apprenticeship (or equivalent)

SMSTS and Managerial/Professional CSCS Card
