Job summary

Lumentum is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to protect people, data, and global operations. You will join a collaborative cyber security team and lead investigations, strengthen controls and influence defenses against evolving threats.

You'll work across cloud, identity, endpoint, network and data security while partnering with technical and business teams to continuously improve security capability.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, incident response or security engineering.
• Experience with SIEM and EDR technologies.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including MFA and Conditional Access.
• Familiarity with DLP technologies and policy management.
• Experience with vulnerability management and security hardening.
• Ability to perform security architecture reviews and practical assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and response to complex security incidents across cloud, endpoints, identity, network, email and applications.
• Improve Security Operations through detections, playbooks, automation and processes.
• Own and enhance security controls like DLP and MFA.
• Assess vulnerabilities and work with tech teams to reduce risk.
• Provide security assurance for new projects and changes.
• Produce security metrics and reporting for stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor colleagues and raise security capability across the org.
