A health services organization in Swindon is hiring a Senior Information Analyst. In this role, you will manage data projects, enhance information delivery, and provide analytical support to decision-makers within the Trust. Ideal candidates will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in data analysis, and knowledge of reporting systems. You will also coordinate with various teams to ensure effective reporting and strategic planning, contributing to the delivery of high-quality health services.

The Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is excited to offer an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Data and Informatics team as a Senior Information Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract to support the implementation of the new Shared EPR system across the BSW Hospital Group.
We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking individual to work closely with the Data Warehouse and Informatics teams within the Trust to enable the successful delivery of effective reporting.
To be successful in this role you will have a real eye for detail, an analytical mind-set, excellent communication skills and a willingness to adapt your approach with our stakeholders and interpret requirements with the enthusiasm to get the job done to the highest standards.
Experience of working with NHS data is highly desirable but candidates without a previous NHS background will be considered provided they can demonstrate significant technical proficiency in BI and DWH toolsets such as PowerBI and SQL.

The senior analysts together with the Head of Business Intelligence are the core senior management team within Information. They will need to provide group leadership to support the wider team on an ongoing basis:
