Job summary

Vax, part of Global Floorcare within TTI, is seeking a Senior Industrial Design Engineer in Droitwich Spa, UK. The role focuses on transforming ideas into manufacturable floorcare products, emphasizing ergonomic, CMF, and visual branding elements.

You will work across multiple teams to deliver high-quality consumer products that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s or master’s in design, bring strong CAD and render skills, and have hands-on experience with design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial, Product or UX Design or equivalent.
• Strong Industrial Design experience in consumer products.
• Excellent CAD, sketching and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to rapidly produce high quality renders.
• Experience in Design Research Methodologies (IDEO, Design Thinking, Human Centred Design).

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling product concepts and designs.
• Create high-quality CAD models & renders.
• Drive ergonomic and user experience excellence in designs.
• Develop & contribute to CMF and Visual Brand Language.
• Design & build compelling visual models and UX Prototypes.
• Support design research and validation activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver A-Surface Intent.
• Collaborate with Electrical Engineering to integrate new UI / HMI Features into future products.
• Communicate design intent to business and key stakeholders.
