East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) is seeking a Senior Individual Giving Officer to grow our Individual Giving programme. You will plan and deliver fundraising campaigns across channels and build strong relationships with supporters to encourage ongoing giving.
You’ll work with the Individual Giving Manager and team to analyse campaign performance, create engaging donor journeys and maximise supporter loyalty while ensuring data security and compliance.
Flexible – across any of our 3 hospices
The role can be based at any of our three hospices with some hybrid working

Hours can be worked over 3 or 4 days per week
Salary will be pro rata for part time hours

We’re looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer to help grow and develop our Individual Giving programme. Do you have fundraising, direct marketing or supporter engagement experience and the ability to use creativity, insight and data to build lasting relationships with supporters?
Working closely with the Individual Giving Manager and Individual Giving & Legacy Officer, you’ll support the planning, delivery and evaluation of fundraising campaigns that inspire people to support EACH through regular giving, cash appeals, lottery participation and gifts in Wills.
