We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Implementation Specialist to lead high-value, enterprise-level implementations in a fast-growing, innovative learning technology environment. In this role, you will manage complex projects from discovery through to delivery, ensuring that each implementation aligns with customer objectives and drives measurable impact. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. This position offers the opportunity to influence best practices, streamline processes, and mentor other team members while delivering solutions that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact the success of large-scale clients and the broader implementation team.
Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project success.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on platform adoption, utilization, and long-term value.
- Drive complex technical integrations, including API connectivity, SSO setups, HRIS user sync, and data migrations.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize implementation processes, contributing to documentation, training, and team knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level implementation specialists, supporting their professional growth and enhancing team consistency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to represent customer needs and influence product improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices, providing insights that inform implementation strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise customer implementations with complex technical requirements.
- Hands‑on expertise with LMS/LXP platforms, including configuration, adoption strategies, and integration.
- Strong technical integration skills, including SSO setup, HRIS sync, and API connectivity.
- Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and C‑level clients.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, proactive mindset, and solution‑focused approach.
- Leadership and mentoring experience within cross‑functional teams.
- Desirable: experience across multiple sectors, curiosity for new technology, and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
