Job summary

Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a Senior Associate/Legal Director- Immigration to lead complex UK immigration matters for corporate, private and vulnerable clients. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, managing a diverse caseload and contributing to the growth of the Immigration team.

You will supervise and develop junior lawyers, drive business development, and collaborate across the firm to provide innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience advising on all aspects of UK immigration law.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills across a team of lawyers and paralegals.
• Proven ability to win new work and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of immigration matters with autonomy and professional judgment.
• Build and grow trusted client relationships across corporate, private and vulnerable clients.
• Lead business development activities and contribute to client seminars and pitches.
• Mentor junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals to foster a high-performing culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless client solutions.
