Job summary

FMG Repair Services is seeking a skilled Panel Technician for our busy Accrington workshop. The role covers repairing across all panel disciplines from start to finish, delivering high-quality workmanship to manufacturer standards, with multiple shift patterns and a generous uncapped bonus scheme.

Experience with panel repairs, welding and jig work is valued; ATA/IMI accreditation or NVQ is desirable but not essential.

As a Panel Technician, you'll be capable of carrying out repairs across all panel disciplines, completing repairs from start to finish. You'll take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring every vehicle is repaired safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Panel Technician who:

• Has proven experience across all panel repair disciplines, including repairing and replacing full and quarter panels, welding and jig work.
• Can work independently, completing repairs from start to finish to a consistently high standard.
• Delivers exceptional workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
• Thrives in a busy, team-focused workshop environment.
• Holds ATA/IMI accreditation or NVQ qualifications (desirable, but not essential).
