Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to join our growing wealth management team. This fully remote role supports Advisers and Paraplanners in end-to-end client case administration and delivers a high-quality client experience.

Based in West Yorkshire or surrounding areas, applicants must have prior IFA administration experience and strong pensions, investments, and CRM skills such as Intelligent Office or Xplan. The position offers a supportive culture and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as an IFA Administrator or Senior IFA Administrator in a financial planning environment.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection products.
• Experience using Intelligent Office, Xplan or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business applications from submission through to completion.
• Process pension, investment, protection, and retirement planning cases.
• Prepare client review packs and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with providers, platforms, and clients to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Support Advisers and Paraplanners with technical and administrative queries.
• Monitor pipelines and proactively chase outstanding business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service delivery.
• Assist with mentoring and supporting junior team members where required.
