What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients, ensuring all protocols are adhered to and patient safety is always prioritized.
• Expertly care for ventilated, sedated patients on inotrope support, utilizing your extensive competence with arterial and central lines.
• Administer medications using Aseptic Non-Touch Technique (ANTT) and meticulously monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, contributing to continuous patient improvement.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, sharing updates with families and the healthcare team to ensure cohesive and informed care.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and further develop your critical care expertise.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience and profound knowledge as a Critical Care Nurse, with a preferred critical care qualification.
• Demonstrated competency in managing ventilated, sedated patients and skilled in using arterial and central lines.
• Proven ability to administer medication using ANTT safely.
• Current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration and UK Nursing experience.
