Overview

Our client is a high-growth success story that operates within the Specialty/MGA Insurance sector. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to add to their Technical Operations team by bringing on board an experienced Senior IBA Technician. This role will play an essential part in the Technical Operations Team, and the purpose of the role is to support the BAU Technical Operations functions across the entire business by reviewing risk capture and endorsement processing including bdx data to carriers; reporting and monitoring the debt and unallocated cash positions; ensuring all premiums due and owed are chased and escalated efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Binding and Endorsement Processing
  • Bordereaux management
  • Credit Control - Cash Allocation & Unallocated monitoring, review and query resolution
  • Premium Review and Updates
  • Policy Reviews / Premium Status
  • IPT Returns
  • Audits - Support the internal and external audit reviews
Qualifications
  • Strong, proven experience in an Operations team with a particular focus on Premium Management
  • A practical understanding of Underwriting and policy administration systems
  • Advanced Outlook and Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to master new concepts quickly, and take initiative with own personal development
  • Ability to develop relationships with key stake-holders both internal and externally across the Company
  • Must be able to self-lead and work effectively both independently and with teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage accurate thoughtful detail-oriented work within tight deadlines.
