Job summary

ConductorOne, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to drive customer adoption of identity security platforms. You will translate customer needs into scalable IGA/IAM architectures, lead workshops, and architect secure integrations.

Candidates bring 8+ years in technical pre-sales or IAM, strong knowledge of MFA, Zero Trust, and cloud identity, plus hands-on experience with Okta/Azure AD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical pre-sales or identity architect roles.
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks and Zero Trust.
• Hands-on practice with IAM/IGA and directory services.
• Cloud IAM experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficient in APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, and IaC tooling.
• Excellent communication, able to articulate complex tech to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on identity governance and access control.
• Architect and deliver IAM/IGA, CIEM, and PAM solutions.
• Lead workshops and demos to show business value of automation.
• Design integrations across AWS, GCP, and Azure with native identity services.
• Explain protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC to engineers and CISOs.
• Build and test custom integrations using APIs, SDKs, Terraform.
• Stay ahead of trends in IGA, CIEM, Zero Trust and share insights.
