Job summary

Odevo is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to shape and operate our next generation Identity & Access Management capabilities. This hands-on role focuses on automation, security, and lifecycle management across Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

You will influence technical direction, implement RBAC/ABAC, and advance PAM/PIM, IGA, and zero-trust practices across Odevo’s markets. Join a global team driving secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level, hands-on IAM engineering in hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory (Entra Connect, Group Policy).
• Advanced PowerShell skills and automation of IAM processes at scale.
• Hands-on experience with IGA platforms (SailPoint/Saviynt).
• Experience with PAM/PIM, credential management and time-bound elevation.
• Strong understanding of RBAC/ABAC, least privilege, Zero Trust, and segregation of duties.
• Knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP.
• Experience automating lifecycle processes (joiner-mover-leaver, access reviews).

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain identity solutions across Entra ID and AD, including hybrid identity and CA.
• Develop PowerShell automation for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and reporting.
• Mature Identity Governance and Administration using SailPoint or Saviynt, including access certification and policy enforcement.
• Manage Privileged Access Management and PIM, including vaulting and just-in-time access.
• Own lifecycle and security of all identity types: user, privileged, service, shared, machine.
• Act as escalation point for complex identity issues and integrations (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP).
• Drive modern authentication and security practices: MFA, passwordless, least privilege, Zero Trust.
• Automate IAM operations and explore AI-enabled anomaly detection and intelligent reviews.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk & Compliance to ensure standards across Odevo.
• Provide mentorship and contribute to IAM architecture, docs, and strategy.
