HelloKindred in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cyber Design SME to lead the enterprise IAM transformation. You will define target architecture, deliver end-to-end designs, and guide multiple workstreams across identity services within complex environments.

You will translate business, security, and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with IAM architects, stakeholders and partners to drive modern identity capabilities and secure, scalable

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and technical design.
• Proven IAM expertise including identity services and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorisation and identity federation protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM).
• Experience designing Zero Trust security architectures and trust boundaries.

Responsabilités

• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for identity capabilities.
• Define end-to-end technical solutions across business, application, data and infrastructure domains.
• Translate requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions and patterns.
• Develop reference architectures and design standards for the programme.
• Define integration patterns between identity platforms, applications and infrastructure.
• Design cloud-native solutions for GCP and Kubernetes environments.
• Define authentication, authorisation and identity federation architectures.
• Design Agent, Human and Workload Identity capabilities, and Zero Trust controls.
