• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services.

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC & mechanical projects from pre-start through to handover.
• Oversee programme, budget, quality, and H&S compliance.
• Attend client meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour.
