The Judge Group has partnered with a technology-based private equity company looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for their team!

Role

This role will oversee the Information Technology function and will play a critical role in the success in these four core areas:

  • Organizational Design including building and realignment
  • Acquisitions, Mergers, and Divestments
  • Change Management & Lean process improvement
  • Coaching and development of teams internationally

This company is headquartered in the Midwest, this role will be fully remote, but candidates must be located in the Eastern Time Zone in the United States.

Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Organizational Design
  • Serve as the strategic HR advisor to the CIO and global IT leadership team.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives, including restructuring, team realignment, and capability building.
  • Assess current state organizational effectiveness and recommend changes to support growth and scalability.
  • Implement workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal talent deployment across global IT teams.
Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders during M&A lifecycle
  • Lead HR workstreams in the acquisition or divestiture of teams and assets, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop talent assessment and retention strategies
Change Management & Process Optimization
  • Drive the development and implementation of change management strategies to support major transformation initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using Lean principles.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to identify and remove inefficiencies and redundancies in HR and IT-related processes.
Talent Management & Development
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to build talent pipelines, improve leadership capabilities, and support succession planning within the IT function.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to IT leaders on performance management, employee engagement, and career development.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across global teams.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned globally
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Masters Degree preferred in Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years experience in Technology field
  • 10+ years in senior management role
  • Experience in private equity industry REQUIRED
