Job Description:

An ambitious, fast-paced investment bank is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join its London office. This is a strategic, high-impact role supporting front office leadership and partnering directly with Executive Committee members to shape and deliver a forward-thinking people agenda.

The successful candidate must have proven experience supporting Front-Office client groups with proven tenure in roles across boutique Financial Services environments. Experience managing at least two individuals is also a must-have.

Your Impact

As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of the people strategy across the UK business, aligning HR initiatives with commercial goals.
  • Partner with ExCo members and their teams to provide strategic counsel on organisational design, talent development, performance, and change.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across global HR teams and specialist functions to deliver seamless, data-driven solutions.
  • Coach and develop HRBPs, contributing to broader HR transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in a senior HRBP role, with proven experience supporting front-office client groups.
  • Proven experience managing a team of HR individuals (2+).
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with ExCo-level stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR disciplines.
  • Commercially savvy, with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Skilled in managing complex ER cases, driving change, and embedding culture.
