You will partner senior leaders to deliver high-impact people strategies, lead complex HR matters and drive organisational change within a purpose-led law firm.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
• Extensive HR business partnering experience
• Strong employment law and ER knowledge
• Skilled in influencing, coaching and stakeholder management
• Data-driven with excellent communication skills
