Our client is a well‑known UK business undergoing a period of change and transformation across its supply chain and service operations. As part of this, there is an opportunity for a driven and ambitious HR professional to join the team as a Junior People Partner, supporting the delivery of a large‑scale people agenda. You will be a graduate with a solid foundation in HR and a strong desire to build a long‑term career within the profession. Ambitious and proactive, you will bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in developing your expertise across all aspects of the people function. You will be confident communicating at all levels, able to work at pace, and thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. Above all, you’ll have the drive, determination, and resilience to deliver results and grow within a business that values development and potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a complex, high‑performing organisation and to make a real impact from day one. If you are an ambitious HR professional or early‑career graduate looking to take the next step in a business that will invest in your growth, we’d love to hear from you.
