We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract - We are anything but your typical HR team!

About the Senior HR Advisor Role:

We're looking for someone who's been there, done it, and knows their way around employee relations and supporting managers to get things right. You'll deliver a professional HR service across Forge Holiday Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring HR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with policies, employment law, and best practice.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver professional HR support across Forge Holiday Group and its subsidiaries
  • Advise managers on ER cases: sickness, performance, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, TUPE, redundancy, and restructures
  • Coach and support HR Advisors and managers, building skills, confidence, and capability across the organisation
  • Keep policies fresh, fair, and compliant with legislation and best practice
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, L&D, and H&S for joined‑up People magic
  • Deliver line manager training and embed HR best practice
  • Stay sharp on employment law, HR trends, and emerging people practices
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven HR/ER experience – advising managers, managing cases, and leading HR initiatives
  • Ability to challenge and improve the "way it's always been done"
  • Love for problem‑solving and making work better for people
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, with strong technical HR knowledge
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment legislation
Bonus Points if you have:
  • Experience leading TUPE, restructures, and redundancy processes
  • Experience delivering HR/leadership training to line managers
  • Experience managing an operational, ER‑focused HR team
