Qualifications

  • Strong background in delivering Human Factors design in regulated industries.
  • Experience with Human Factors methods in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production of Human Factors assessments for safety documentation.
  • Provide expertise in design and peer review processes.
  • Interface with Regulators on project levels.
  • Conduct Human Factors research for AWE’s activities.
  • Promote continuous improvement in Human Factors reviews.
