As a member of a client focused team, you will work on a wide variety of projects across a range of sectors of industry including Nuclear, and Energy Transition, Defence, and other Transportation and Infrastructure areas.

About you

You’ll want to make a positive contribution to the development plans of the Human Factors team. You use your entrepreneurial thinking and excellent communication skills to liaise with other groups and departments to provide integrated solutions to the client. You will also enjoy mentoring and developing junior staff, be reliable and consistent, and have an acceptance of responsibility for work carried out.

In addition to a willingness to travel to our client sites, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Substantial experience of delivering HF work packages within high hazard industries such as Nuclear.
  • Substantial experience in the use of Human Factors methods and techniques.
  • Knowledge in the application of Human Factors standards and guidelines.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
